University Park 3D Printing Personal Submission Queue Request

Please fill out the following form to request an admittance code to the Personal 3D Print Submission Queue to gain access in the same manner as the Registered Classes.  We are only able to make these prints available for Self-Service Pickup next to the University Park Media Commons Desk.

What will you be printing?

Please provide a short description of the 3D prints you are planning on submitting. Reasons for not approving your request may include timing during the semester - later in the semester tends to be busier with prints for class assignments and we may not be able to honor personal requests at that point.
