Need to Know

Prints can be submitted online at any time and picked up during any regular Pattee Library or local campus library hours. Please see the Pick Up Your Print page for more information.

Finishing tools are available in the 3D print self pickup area on the table outside of W140 Pattee Library.

The build volume on the Prusa MK4 printers is 9.8″ L x 8.2″ W x 8.6″ H (250mm L x 210mm W x 220mm H). Print submissions cannot exceed this size or they will not be able to be printed. If the object is too large and needs to be scaled smaller, a warning will appear when you are in the Layout screen.

Questions regarding using the 3D printers or the results of a print you created can be directed to the Media Commons consultants during open hours.
